Library Facilities

Copy Machine

You are welcome to use the copy machine for $0.05 per copy.  The machine will magnify and reduce as well as replicate materials. All money from the copier is used towards purchasing new library materials

Color Printer

The color printer is now located in the Writing Center.  To print in color from the library, select the "A104_Lab_CLJ4600" printer from the Print menu. You can then go into the Writing Center and retrieve your document(s) from Mr. Sprehe for $0.50 per page.  You must return to the library after you have your document(s).

Audio Visual Room

Students may view video and DVD presentations as assigned by academic teachers in the AV room just off the library. 

To view a film, students will need a pass from a teacher specifically stating the assignment and the video/DVD needed.

Computers

HP computers with the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system are available for students to produce documents using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office programs. Students can search online databases on the Internet for information. All students must use computers in accordance with the Acceptable Use policy and the library's policies.  The enclosed computer lab will only be opened when ALL other library computers are in use.

Computers are sometimes reserved for class use.  If the lab is in use, there will be a sign on the lab door.  If the computers outside the lab are in use, there will be a sign on the keyboard.  If you see a sign on the computer or lab door, please do not sit down or sign in without permission from Ms. Bosslet or Mrs.Scarbeck.
