Popular & Recommended Books:

*  The Abraham Lincoln Awards

    The Abraham Lincoln Awards are a true "Reader's Choice" award.  A list of titles is nominated every year and students are encouraged to vote for their favorite title.  Past winners include City of Glass, Crank, Twilight, and A Child Called It.  Our Lincoln Award books are located in the display cases across from the testing center/small computer lab. The spine of the book will have a sticker designating it as a Lincoln book and telling you which year it was nominated.  This year's will be for 2011.  If you read 4 or more titles, you can cast your vote this year - let's get Lake Zurich's votes in the mix and have our voices be heard!

     Here is a link to the nominated titles with descriptions of the books to help you choose.
