If you have a questions about homework, send me an e-mail.  I check my e-mail throughout the day at school and attempt to check it each school night (Sunday through Thursday) between 9:00 and 10:00 pm.

Absences and Late Homework Policy:

Late homework will be worth 10 percent less each day it is late.  Once homework has been gone over in class or has been graded and returned to the rest of the class it cannot be turned in late and will be worth zero points.

Students who are absent will have the number of days they were absent plus one day to complete homework.  Homework assigned before the absence is due upon the student's return.  Check the class website for additional homework and if possible e-mail Mrs. Reimann for work you can complete at home.

Group Projects:

Students are expected to contribute to class projects.  Students who do not pull their own weight will receive a lower grade than group members who do their fair share of the work.

Class rules:

  1. Arrive prepared for class.  This means bringing your text book and/or class binder and completed homework.

  2. Arrive on time for class.  Per school rules, students receive one tardy warning, then must serve a one-hour detention after the second tardy.  Additional tardies result in additional detentions handled through the discipl office.

  3. Plagiarism is not acceptable.  Both students involved (the copier and the sharer) will earn a zero on plagiarized assignments.

  4. Drinks with lids are allowed in class.  Food is allowed only for class projects related to the curriculum.

  5. Please dispose of garbage properly and refrain from writing on the desk.

  6. Washroom passes will be handed out before the bell rings and after the lesson is completed.

  7. Cell phones used in school during school hours will be taken away until the end of the school day.

  8. Personal listening devices used in the classroom will be taken away until the end of the school day.
