Welcome to CUSD95 Middle School North Athletics
where sportsmanship is an expectation, so please:

Let the players play.
Let the coaches coach.
Let the officials officiate.
Let the spectators be positive.

• For all athletic activities and competitions, please drop students off and pick-up students at the Athletic Entrance on the South side of the building near the Gymnasium (Door 11).

• For all away games, transportation is provided by the school to and from the competition (unless other arrangements are made with parents.

• For trying out and participating in any sport, students must have a current sports physical on file.  Sports physicals are good for one year from the date the physical was conducted; be sure you’re physical is current.  They are available at the office and in the forms menu.

• In order for a student to try out or participate in an extracurricular sport at MSN, the proper forms and fees must be on file with the Main Office. The following lists - by grade level - provide the names of students that may try out/participate on a sports team. Any student whose name does not appear on his/her grade level list (see the links below) may not try out or participate on a sports team. He/she needs to contact the Main Office.
