Students are expected to have
a reading book and writing materials with them at all times..

We continue working on
Figurative language all of this week |

The only homework is to work on
your reading logs which are due on Monday and need to have
180 minutes of reading minimum. |

|
Pick up a book report form and you can earn stickers and
bonus points with the Rebecca Caudill books. I also have the form
online easy access. If you handwrite it please use black or blue ink and
keep it neat. |
|
|
Do not forget that
your genre cards are due May 18th. You need to have a book in each of
the genres and written it down on an index card with the
name of the book, the author, and a few sentences about the
book. |
|
|
The only homework
is to do your reading log which is now up to 180 minutes.
|
Language Arts

We have finished Unit 29
spelling packet this week and will be starting Unit 30 next week.

Students should be reviewing
the prefixes that we have been working on. |
