5th hour: Find 3 nouns, 3 pronouns, and 3 adjectives in your Alaska essay. Write them on your notes sheet

7th hour: double check that you have found all 8 parts of speech in your Alaska essay, do mazes ws--have fun with it. Just try!

9th Hour: Find 3 nouns, 3 pronouns, 3 adjectives, 3 conjunctions in your Alaska essay

                                            Paragraph 1: Introduction

Paragraph 2: Explain your first reason for why your family should/should not move to Alaska

Paragraphs 1 and 2 are due tomorrow. Paragraphs 3 and 4 will be due Monday.

                                              Paragraph 3: Explain your second reason why your family should/should not move to Alaska

                                              Paragraph 4: Conclusion

7th Hour

Homework: "Parts of Speech in My Essay" Divide a piece of paper into the 8 parts of speech. First, define each part of speech. Then, write 3 examples from the Writer's Choice book of each part of speech. Finally, go to your essay and find 3 examples of each of the 8 parts of speech in your essay and write them on the sheet.
