This year we will be fine tuning our students work. Majority of our students are fluent in English, yet still need extra help in language arts, vocabulary development, as well as writing skills.

This year we will be fine tuning our students work. Majority of our students are fluent in English, yet still need extra help in language arts, vocabulary development, as well as writing skills. |
In particular, at the beginning of the year, we will focus on developing academic vocabulary, as well as grammar.

We will also utilize our new textbooks, the National Geographic Inside series. The series is designed to help students become more successful in their core classes. |

Our class is structured like a workshop, with students working together, and where discussion is encouraged. |
|
|
Our ELL class is a "mistakes are OK" type of environment, where students are encouraged to speak freely and make mistakes! |
